How should I care for my Gendefy apparel?
Care Instructions:
- Do not dry-clean
- Machine wash cold, inside-out, with like colors.
- Tumble dry on low or hang dry for best results.
- Do not bleach or iron directly on the design.
- Iron, steam or dry on low heat only
What’s the best way to find my perfect fit?
Size Information:
We recommend checking the size chart included in the product photos or information sections for detailed measurements. If you're between sizes, consider sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
How long does it take to receive my order?

- Processing Time: Each of our products are made to order, and production typically takes 3-5 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped, and you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
- Shipping Timeline: Delivery timelines depend on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery dates will be provided at checkout.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Changes to Orders
Given that all our products are made to order, changes to your order may not be possible. If you would like to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.

Do you offer gift wrapping or custom messages?
Gift Options
We love that you want to gift Gendefy's products to another change-maker!
We offer the option to include a personalized message with most orders. Select the gift option at checkout and follow the instructions to include your message.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer gift wrapping at this time.
What is your return policy?
Return Policy
For items that are eligible for a return, we offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return in writing.
Items returned without prior written approval will not be refunded. To initiate a return or if you have any return-related questions, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition that you received it.
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Include a receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return request is accepted, the item(s) must be shipped to the following address within 7 days of our written acceptance of your return request: 2255 Sheridan Blvd, Ste C-245, Edgewater, CO 80214.
Please note: as a small business, we are unable to cover return shipping costs at this time. We appreciate your understanding and support.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Damages and Issues
We stand behind the quality of our products. Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo/video of the damaged product.
Upon verification of the issue, we will provide a replacement of the same item at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We currently are not able to offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item and making a separate purchase for the new item after your return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For merchandise shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, we will process it within 15 business days to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us for an update.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction and we stand behind the quality of our products.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include your order number and a photo/video of the damaged product.
